Signe Bruskin is the founder and CEO of enlighten. She has a Ph.d. from Copenhagen Business School (incl. stays at Stanford University & Frankfurt School of Finance & Management). She has worked with organizational development as an employee & leader for 10+ years. In spring 2021, she published the book "Mikroforandringer - et medarbejderblik på organisationsforandringer" (Dansk Psykologisk Forlag). In addition, she is a popular keynote speaker and external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School.
